This is a great question! Here at Phoenix Lipo I have many patients who come in for this area. Liposuction is the only way to remove excess fat from the body. There are newer advances in liposuction rather than the traditional method. Tumescent liposuction is done with microcannulas (device used to suck out the fat), a local anesthetic solution, which leave smaller incisions and less downtime. A head bandage (compression) is to be worn for 3-5 days post procedure. You can expect to see results right away…there is swelling involved and some bruising. Your results will be amazing!
